Problem #1 Most Small Businesses Are Missing Out On Easy Sales and New Customers

And the crazy thing is, most owners don't even realize it

Owners are often too close to, and intimately involved with their business so it's hard for them to see what is broken or what could be easily improved

My name is Mike Saif and I've been a successful small business owner for almost 30 years.

Over these years I have developed a unique skill set that is specific to small businesses that has helped my business succeed and thrive.

And because of Covid, I’m willing to share what I know to help your business too...for free...see below.

Chris Austin

Marketing Specialist

One of the most action-orientated people I know

I’ve worked closely with Mike since 2011. He’s one of the most action-oriented people I’ve ever met. He doesn’t just come up with profitable ideas - he acts on them quickly and thoroughly until they are consistently generating revenue. He’s exactly the kind of person you want on your team to make sure you end up with profits (not just promises).

Over the years I have managed to automate many of the procedures of my business and because of this, I only need to put in a few hours a week to keep it humming along.  So I have time on my hands.

I always have a few other projects on the go, but I'm just spending too much time golfing and fishing and really need/want to do something more fulfilling and more constructive with my time.

So a couple of years ago I decided to start a new business where I would help other small businesses.

Why?

I come across small businesses practically every day and so many of them are missing out on potential sales and new customers for a various reasons.

They are simply leaving so much revenue on the table, revenue that could make a huge difference to their bottom line...and most don't even realize it.

There are lots of reasons for this, like a  website that is well built but poorly designed, and does a bad job of converting users to customers.  It could be missing opportunities in the sales process, a lack of automation, or a myriad of other reasons.

As I was preparing to launch the business, the Covid pandemic hit and business as we knew it changed overnight.  Small businesses were going out of business or struggling to stay afloat, so it wasn't a good time to start a new business.

So here's the thing, I still had time on my hands...actually, I now had even more time on my hands.

I still had the same skill set that can really help other small businesses.

And small businesses were still missing out on potential sales and new customers...and because of the pandemic, there is actually more of a need for small businesses to squeeze every last drop of profit they can out of their businesses than there was before.

So I thought why not offer my business review for free

Why not?  My soccer coaching business is mostly automated, I still have plenty of time on my hands, and I still need to feel like I'm accomplishing something instead of just filling my time playing golf.

I've always been the helpful, philanthropic type, and offering my services for free is my chance to help out other small business owners.

But  I don't want there to be a misunderstanding.  I obviously can't spend weeks reviewing your business and working to put things on the right track.

But what I can do, is spend time reviewing everything about your business.  I will put my findings and recommendations in a report for you.  And I will be more than happy to jump on a Zoom call to talk things over.

After I have reviewed your small business, I will give you a comprehensive report with actionable tasks that that you can do to generate more revenue, improve your sales pipeline, marketing ads, social media exposure, make your website more user friendly and automate many of your regular operations and procedures.

I also want to point out that I’m not selling anything.  I don’t have a book to sell, I don’t have videos to sell, I don’t have a course to sell.  There is nothing on this website for sale.  I’m not trying to make any money from this.  I just want to help other small business owners...because I have the knowledge and experience, and because I'm one of the lucky ones that is in the position where I can help.

What I’m offering is simple...a free consultation...a review of your business followed by recommendations and actionable steps you can take to improve things.

Bear in mind that I will fit these reviews in, in between my other projects.  So I’m not making any guarantees as when I can complete a review but I'm sure I can get it done in a timely manner.

Is your small business the type that I can help?

My skill set is more suited to the size of small businesses with about 5 to 25 employees.  It also helps if you sell something, whether it’s a physical product, digital product or a service and obviously with an online presence.

So what kind of things can I help with?

Here are just some of the areas I will review -

Website - Is it designed to turn users into your customers?  Is it designed with a focus on conversion?  Has it been tested by a focus group?  Could the navigation be improved?  Is the menu intuitive for new users?  Does it help the end user feel comfortable and trust you and the buying process?

Online Store or Catalog - These should not just provide information or a description of each product, they are a major selling opportunity if used correctly.  They should also give the customer a feeling of trust and a reason they should buy, and buy from you, and not a competitor.

Sales Pipeline and Process - Can some or more of the sales process be automated?  Are you taking every opportunity for upsells?  Should you expand your product line or shrink it?  Do you know who your best customers are?  How do you acquire a customer?  How much does it cost to acquire a customer?  What is your retention rate?

Marketing - Social media and Google ads are an important part of any company's marketing strategy. With the right ads, you can reach potential customers in a cost effective manner.  Do you know what ads are working better than others?  Do you know how much you spend to acquire a customer and keep a customer?  Do you spend time and resources on SEO?

Systems and Operations - Are your written procedures up to date?  Can they be improved with some automation added?  Do you have a company wide message that all employees understand?  For instance, does your tech person get feedback from the marketing person and does the sales group have input in the marketing ads, timing, etc.?

Miscellaneous - What is the most difficult thing about running your company?  Do you have changes you would like to make?  Why?
